With a professional foundation in human resources and organizational leadership, she brings deep expertise in talent strategy, workforce development, and building inclusive systems that support both people and performance.

She also serves as Executive Director of Grace Place Community Development Corporation and previously served as CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama and Academic Dean at Remington College's Mobile Campus.
